Hello All!
I feel like this is not my first post as I have had a glance through everyone else's blog and I feel like I know you all and I have been agreeing with the posts as i have read them. I know Aicha and Michelle :) It's really nice to see you guys doing this and hopefully we will have a real good catch up! I think this is a really good idea although it really scared me at first and thought I would never be able to write like everyone has been doing. I am really impressed with everybody's and hope I can make mine just as good!
I received an email from Alan and it said to create a blog and I was thinking huh? and so I emailed back saying i was confused and Alan kindly reassured me and said he is sure everyone will be confused at first. At the end of the email it has links to pages like his blog and to libguides...libguides? even more confused now! I tried to find my way through the site and noticed it mentioned induction! induction? I didn't know anything about an induction - I started panicking i had missed out on things....I rang Paula - who helped calm me down and reassured me I will be OK. So somehow - we don't quite know yet but I didn't get an email about an induction - I was upset when I realised I had missed out on meeting everyone but having read Aichas post on the induction and after talking to Paula - I feel a bit more at ease.
After arriving home from teaching I thought I had best get reading and this is where i ended up and thought there is no time like the present to start blogging - and to be quite honest reading peoples blogs scared me as they all seem so good and it's just the start - but this one has seemed to flow quite easy - so i am hoping it continues to do so!
